Concert – Owen Carty

Performer, arranger, composer, and guitar tutor Owen Carty is pleased to perform for the first time at the Wellington Classical Guitar Society.  Owen has been performing a range of styles as a soloist for several years including classical, country, blues, jazz, and exotic, and has appeared in Wellington performing Arabian, Caribbean, Love/Romance, Christmas, Southern U.S., and Folk music, often arranging this music for solo guitar. Owen’s performance will feature a couple of these new arrangements for you, along with favourites from his classical repertoire.
