Great guitarists of the World Some thing I have wanted to do for a long time is have a theme dedicated to showing some videos of some great performances by some of the greatest guitar players of the world! So the later part of this months meeting will be dedicated to this. Including names such as Julian Bream,  Alvaro Perri, Ana Vidovic, Marek Pasieczny. Owen Moriarty – featured artist This meeting is our second meeting for the year of 2015. It will be great to see you all. Save medical fees and come and get some music treatment instead. We will be back to our standard meeting structure. We will start with guitar ensemble. Please be brave and join this group. There are parts for players of all standards. This meeting will be our first meeting for the year of 2015. It will be great to see you all on the first meeting of the new year. This will be a relatively informal first meeting. We have some members who have already offered to play. We should have some pieces available for our guitar orchestra as well. Any one else who has something to play would be very welcome. This meeting will be our annual Christmas Concert. At 2pm the guitar orchestra will have a practise play through the program They will be playing the following pieces: Pavane – Mille Ducas Gaillarde Ronde Meridian Baby Elephant walk Milonga del Angel Lacrimae It would be great if all members of the group could be there on time so we can get through this practise promptly. Once again a short but satisfying  playing of of our society guitar group. I find this a permanently enjoyable activity every month at guitar society. We had some members playing.
